Tayla Hart

Creative Services Program Manager

Tayla Hart is an accomplished creative entrepreneur, practicing artist, and community educator. Her artistic journey began at the tender age of eight, embarking on a journey as both a photographer and makeup artist that would profoundly influence her role within the family's Face & Art Business and later her own freelance artistry.

During her tenure as an apprentice with Public Allies MKE, where she also served as a summer program manager, Tayla spearheaded transformative youth and community initiatives. Her accomplishments include the development and delivery of innovative Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and art curricula, as well as the creation, piloting, and teaching of youth health education programs.

With six years of dedicated teaching, advocacy, and activism experience, a decade of honing her entrepreneurial acumen, and an educational foundation in the arts, social, and health sciences. Tayla understands how art, science, and community health and education converge to enhance well-being, empathy, and equity, driving positive societal change.
